Antonio Kuschnir (2001, Rio de Janeiro) lives and works between Germany and Brazil.

His work explores the contradictions between reality and fiction, blending personal and collective cosmologies in vibrant paintings that operate in a dreamlike world.

Kuschnir began exhibiting in 2017 and held his first solo exhibition at Galeria Macunaíma in 2019. In 2022, the exhibition “Choro” opened at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Niterói (MAC), making him the youngest artist in history to have a solo exhibition at the institution. Between 2022 and 2024, he held exhibitions in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Niterói, and João Pessoa, in addition to the solo exhibition “Avalanche” at Galpão 808 in Rio.
